Blue day

When we have one of those ‘disconnecting’ days, we feel miserable. We don’t feel like doing anything. We’re bored of everything. We get annoyed and judgmental about little things.

On the other hand, when we feel connected with others around us, everything seems wonderful. We feel generous and optimistic. We feel like we can do anything.

Imagine if we felt disconnected all the time. We don’t love anyone. We don’t get interested or excited about anything in life. That’s not so nice, is it?

So, when we feel like that again, we can just surrender. We can ask for a hug. We can spend all day being lazy. We can go for a walk. Or we can call someone we haven’t spoken for a long time.

Blue day is a great day. Because that’s the day to remember we’re not perfect but that’s also perfect.
